Public Liberty Radio (PLR) is a Liberal Talk Radio station in Grand Theft Auto IV exclusively. It's Motto is "The liberals are fighting back, and this time, it's personal!". It seems to be based off of NPR. For an unknown reason it does not appear in Episodes of Liberty City.
